The flagship reinforcement brand of Shyam Metalics, made by a fully integrated ore-to-metal route using German Thermex technology. Bars go through a three-stage quench, self-temper and atmospheric cooling cycle, giving a hard outer surface over a ductile core. Its "Tiger Bond" rib pattern is designed for grip in concrete.

One of the largest reinforcement bar brands in the country and among the most widely specified by name. BIS and ISO certified to IS 1786 across its grade range, with low sulphur and phosphorus content for weldability and ductility. If your consultant has written a brand into the drawing, it is often this one.

Our regional one — an integrated plant at Wardha, a short haul from Nagpur, and the leading reinforcement producer in Vidarbha. Runs the licensed Thermex process from H&K GmbH, Germany, is BIS (ISI) registered to IS 1786-2008, and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Rolls 8 mm through 40 mm. Being local, it is usually the quickest to replenish.

From the SKA Group, produced on Thermax QST technology. Alongside the standard range it offers a CRS (corrosion-resistant steel) line — worth considering for coastal, high-salinity or industrial exposure, or anywhere the cover concrete will be working hard. Grades run up to Fe 600.

Different projects run to different budgets. Carrying a range means we can match the brand to what your project can carry without dropping below the grade your design calls for — and if you want something we don't list, such as JSW, we can usually source it.
We buy direct from mills in Raipur, Raigarh and across Chhattisgarh — the belt that rolls much of central India's reinforcement steel. Buying at the source rather than through another trader is what lets us quote the way we do, and it means we know which mill a batch came off.
Material is then held in our own yard on Ghat Road, so what we quote is what we can actually deliver — not stock we still have to go and find. Within Nagpur that means same-day delivery to your site.
Before anything is dispatched we check the grade and the size against what you ordered, and mill test certificates come with the material on request. If something isn't right, we make it right.
