Ordering & delivery

Getting steel to your site

  • How quickly can you deliver? Within Nagpur, the same day on stocked TMT and binding wire. Elsewhere in Vidarbha, tell us the site and we'll confirm the timing when we quote.
  • Is there a minimum order? No minimum. From a few bundles for a repair to a full truck for a slab, we break bulk and supply whatever quantity you need.
  • Which areas do you deliver to? Nagpur city and the metro area, and across Vidarbha — Wardha, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Amravati, Yavatmal and around. Tell us your site and we'll confirm.
  • Do you offer credit terms? Credit terms are available for established accounts — just ask. For new buyers, a first order gets the relationship going.
  • How do I get a quote, and how fast? Call or WhatsApp the size, grade and quantity and we come back with a rate the same day — often within the hour during working hours.
  • How can I pay? Cash, UPI, NEFT or RTGS, cheque and DD are all accepted, with a proper GST tax invoice on every order.
Product & quality

Grades, brands and certificates

  • Which TMT grades and sizes do you stock? Fe 500, Fe 500D and Fe 550D to IS 1786, in 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25 and 32 mm.
  • Which TMT brands do you supply? SEL Tiger, Kamdhenu, Sangam, Sky, Lodha Gold and NR, kept in our yard — and we can source other brands on request.
  • Which brand should I take? It depends on the drawing and the budget. Tell us the project and we'll set out the options rather than push one.
  • Will I get a test certificate? Yes — mill test certificates on request. Ask when you place the order and they come with the material.
  • Is the material genuine and ISI-marked? Our branded TMT range is ISI-marked to IS 1786. We supply genuine material only, never duplicate or look-alike bars, at any price.
  • Do you supply anything besides TMT? We keep binding wire in stock alongside TMT bars. Structural sections — channels, angles, beams, plates — and other steel we source to order.

Fe 500 vs Fe 500D vs Fe 550D — what IS 1786 requires

GradeMin yield strengthMin tensile strengthMin elongationTypically used for
Fe 500500 N/mm²545 N/mm²12%General residential and commercial RCC work
Fe 500D500 N/mm²565 N/mm²16%Same strength, more ductility — the common choice for seismic zones
Fe 550550 N/mm²585 N/mm²10%Higher strength where the design calls for it
Fe 550D550 N/mm²600 N/mm²14.5%High strength with ductility — heavier structures

The "D" stands for ductility — a D-grade bar bends further before it fails, which matters in a seismic zone. Figures are the minimums laid down in IS 1786; actual values on any batch appear on its mill test certificate, which we supply on request. Unsure which grade your drawing specifies? Send it over and we'll confirm before you order.
