This website, manishsteeltraders.com, is operated by Manish Steel Traders Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), a steel distributor and stockist based at 17 Chandak Layout, Ghat Road, Ganeshpeth Colony, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440018, India (GSTIN 27AANCM8559N1ZE).   • MessagesThe content of the calls, WhatsApp messages and emails you exchange with us.

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, bank details or passwords through this website.

We communicate with customers over WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us on WhatsApp, or when you give us your number and agree to be contacted:

  • Our messaging partnerWe use an authorised messaging provider (a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider) to send and manage these messages on our behalf. They process your number and message content only to deliver our communications.
  • ConsentWe send WhatsApp messages only to people who have contacted us, given us their number, or otherwise agreed to be contacted. We do not send messages to numbers obtained without a legitimate basis.
  • Opting outYou can stop receiving marketing or promotional WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP, or by messaging or calling us on +91 98222 21699. We will act on your request promptly.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share it only with:

  • Service providersWhatsApp / Meta and our authorised messaging provider, so that we can communicate with you; and other trusted providers who help us run our business (for example transport for deliveries), only as needed.
  • LegalAuthorities or advisors where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and contact details only for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our ordinary business, accounting and tax records, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see section 8).

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

This is a simple informational website. It does not run its own login, shopping cart or advertising trackers. The enquiry form on our Contact page does not send data to a server — it simply opens WhatsApp on your device with your message ready to send. Some embedded features (such as the Google Maps location) may set their own cookies, governed by those providers' privacy policies.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
